Welcome to Cooley Parish Website

We want to make our parish website an interesting and worthwhile location for both parishioners and visitors to keep up to date with what’s happening in our parish. We hope that all parish and community groups will see it as a useful resource for getting information out to people. We welcome your feedback!

Caring for You

A monthly drop-in support group will meet on the first Wednesday of each month in Rathabbey Community House. The group will address the challenges of caring for a loved one with memory/dementia issues.
An opportunity for care-givers to come together, share experiences, get tips and receive emotional comfort. Relaxed and welcoming, the group meetings will be a source of information for carers.
The support group will focus on a way of making the journey easier for the carer and their loved one. By working together, the ultimate goal is achieved – a loved one is cared for in their own home for as long as is possible.
Next support meeting Wednesday 1st March 7.30pm-9pm
